Chicken & Turmeric Liver-Support Soup

Why this helps your liver (especially after alcohol)

This soup combines several ingredients known to support normal liver function. Turmeric contains curcumin, which has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties that may help the liver recover from stress. Garlic and onions provide sulphur compounds that support the body’s natural detoxification processes. Ginger can aid digestion and reduce inflammation, while the broth and vegetables provide hydration and nutrients your liver needs to repair. Chicken adds easily digestible protein, which helps your body rebuild and maintain healthy tissue during recovery.
